Brew Hot or Iced –
For Hot mix – Add 1 teaspoon or 3 to 5gm Turmeric Ashwagandha mix to 200 ml of hot water or milk. Blend it well and cover it with the lid. Let it brew for 5 minutes. Add sweetener if required. Serve warm or hot.
For Cold mix – Add 1 teaspoon or 3 to 5gm Turmeric Hot Ashwagandha mix to 200ml of boiled water or milk. Blend it well and cover it with the lid. Let it Add sweetener if required. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Add ice cubes to chill. Serve cold.
