How to Drink:
Boil 200ml of water in pot. Add 1 teaspoon or 3 to 5gm of Pitta tea to boiling water and cover it with the lid. Let it brew for 5 minutes. Stain and serve warm or hot. Take twice daily, 2hrs before taking any other food.
